Dear clients, partners and members of the AKIO community,
The health crisis that we are currently going through is a test for the strength of our relations and the sincerity of our commitment.
Over the past 20 ans, AKIO has been committed to supporting its clients, every day, through the good times and the bad times. This time is no different, you can continue to count on us.
Our Akio Unified platform is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
Our servers are housed in the Equinix PA6 datacentre in Aubervilliers (Paris) and the back-ups are housed in Equinix PA5.
The platforms are monitored and managed by our support and production teams, which are spread over several regional locations (Paris, Montpellier, Vallauris), with two team members at each site.
Telecommuting has been put in place for all of our team members, in line with our Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
I have taken the necessary measures to:
– Guarantee normal operations, without interruptions to our services or applications, regardless of the level of activity you may have to deal with.
Our Customer Success Managers will be getting in touch with all clients in order to determine previsional volumes for the coming weeks, and/or to propose complementary services to ensure the continuity of your client relations activities, despite the current circumstances.
To give just one example, it is possible for your agents to handle phone calls from home using there mobile or landline.
– Continue to provide the same level of support, and maybe more if you feel it is necessary.
Please do not hesitate to contact your customer success manager if you have any questions or requests.
– To advise you on the daily management of this crisis.
By sharing best practices observed among our clients and across the market in general: for example, organise client requests by type of contact, across all channels, or anticipate the needs of your clients (analysis of the evolution of the reasons your clients get in touch with you, pro-active messages for you different communication channels, …).
– To keep you regularly updated on the evolution of the situation.
Although discipline is the key at the moment, the improving situation in China gives us hope for the near future.
We will keep you informed through our newsletters and publications on our website.
Akio takes all the necessary measures for the health and security of its staff, in line with government instructions, and to protect your teams too if we need to intervene in your offices.
I remain available for any further information or requests that you may have.
Rest assured that AKIO remains fully committed to serving its clients 🙂
Patrick GIUDICELLI, AKIO President
